Hi, I’m Alisse, A Certified Infant Sleep Consultant and experienced Childcare Practitioner with a big heart for helping families through one of the most exhausting parts of parenthood: baby sleep.
I’ve spent years supporting families both in professional childcare settings and as a private nanny, helping little ones navigate everything from newborn wake-ups to toddler nap refusals. I’ve seen firsthand how deeply sleep (or lack of it!) impacts the whole family - not just the baby.
What I’ve learned? When babies sleep well, everyone thrives. Mornings feel lighter. Days feel calmer. Homes feel more connected.

Why I Do This Work..
My journey into sleep consulting wasn’t sparked by one moment, it grew over years of real-world experience. In nurseries, in family homes, and in the quiet moments with tired parents, I saw how poor sleep affects everything: your energy, your relationships, your confidence.
I also saw how much can change when sleep improves. That’s why I trained formally in infant sleep - to turn all that experience into support that’s realistic and truly works.

Supporting Your Return to Work
One of my biggest passions is helping parents prepare for the transition back to work. It’s a big shift, and sleep often becomes the #1 worry:
Will they nap in a new setting?
Will the routine fall apart?
Will they settle with someone else?
With my background in both early years care and sleep science, I’ll guide you through this transition with practical, calm, and reassuring support — so your little one (and you!) feel confident and secure.
